Alloy 1235 -O is not less than 99.35% alu. Because of its Great rust resistance, formability and compatibility, it is widely used in cable, tape and battery coil. Alloy 8079 alu coil has higher tensile strength, elongation and pressure properties. It's a perfect used for the drug packaging. The mixture of the 8079 alloy and H18 temper provides optimum performance in pharmaceutical coil.
the applications in the packaging industry mainly include: cigarette packaging, alu-plastic composite bags, pharmaceutical alu coil blister packaging and chocolate packaging. Some high-end beer is also wrapped with alu coil on the bottle mouth.
