Alloys 3003 and 8011 are commonly used in aluminum foil containers, The tensile strength of 3003 alloy is better than that of 8011 alloy.
The main states of food container foil are H22, H24, H18 and O,
H22 means 1/4 Hard foil: refers to the aluminum foil whose tensile strength is between soft foil and semi-hard foil.
H24 refers to Semi-hard foil: aluminum foil with hardness (or strength) between hard foil and soft foil, usually used for molding.
H18 means Hard foil: after rolling, without softening treatment (annealing) and aluminum foil, without degreasing treatment, there is residual oil on the surface. So hard foil in printing, composite, coating must be degreased, if used for molding processing is used directly.
O means Soft foil : aluminum foil that has been fully annealed after rolling, with a soft material and no residual oil on the surface.
We can achieve different states according to customer's product requirements.
The width for food container foil we can provide from 200mm-1300mm,thickness from 0.03mm-0.15mm.
Ideal for the automated packaging line, foil containers offer ‘whole life' durability. They can accompany their contents from hot or cold filling through every stage of chilling or freezing, lidding and other packaging procedures and on to distribution, retailing, cooking or reheating and serving by the ultimate consumer. Combining lightness with stackability alufoil containers are easy to store and handle.
