A red stripe on the sheet foils clearly indicates the non-sealing surface, for ease of seal orientation and handling.
All Aluminum Foil for Heat Sealing Material offers a variety of foil heat seals including heat seal aluminum foil. Common activation temperatures range from 275°F and 350°F. Substrate thickness ranges from .00035″ to .010″ and include aluminum, copper and stainless steel.

Our Foil Heat Seal is compatible with polypropylene and polystyrene plates. This seal demonstrates moderate solvent resistance and can be used for low temperature compound storage in DMSO and organic solvents and short term room temperature storage.
