8011 is an 8-series aluminum alloy with a si (silicon) content of 0.5-0.8% and a fe (iron) content of 0.6-0.9%. There are trace elements, and the rest is aluminum. And 1050 is a 1 series aluminum alloy, containing aluminum ≥ 99.5%, the rest are fe, si impurities; it is obvious that 8011 impurities, low purity, and 1050 high purity. In addition, other differences are: 1050 alloy is softer than 8011 alloy, the work hardening rate is low, and the tensile strength is low. The 8011 aluminium foil is often used for beer foil, household foil, air-conditioning foil, and a few cable foils or sheets; and 1050 is used for cable strips, sheets, and double zero foils.
